14-day money-back guarantee

If Evex Tracker is not for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why, you do not have to have used it, and we do not ask you to negotiate with anyone. One e-mail is enough.

1The guarantee, in detail

2Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU — implemented in Poland by the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 — gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital content has a specific rule. Where you ask for the content to be supplied immediately, and you acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal once supply has begun, that right lapses. That is Article 16(m) of the Directive.

We have chosen not to rely on that exception. Our guarantee in section 1 gives you the 14 days back regardless of whether you have downloaded, activated or used the software. Where your national law gives you something more favourable than our guarantee, your national law wins and we will apply it.

3Why we ask you to tick a box

At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want the licence delivered immediately, and to acknowledge the statutory rule described above. We are required to ask, and to record your answer, before delivering digital content inside the withdrawal period.

Ticking it does not cost you the guarantee in section 1. It only lets us send your licence key straight away instead of making you wait 14 days for it.

4Renewals

The 14-day guarantee covers your first payment. Renewals are not covered by it, because by then you have used the product for a full period and know what it is.

We do not let a renewal surprise you:

5Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from the customer portal link in any invoice e-mail, or just write to us. There is no retention call, no form to complete and no notice period.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not shorten what you have already paid for: you keep full access until the end of the current period. If you would rather have the remainder refunded than use it, ask — for annual plans we will refund the unused whole months at our discretion.

6If something is broken

This is separate from a refund, and it has no 14-day limit. If the software does not do what the website and the documentation say it does, you have a statutory right to have it put right, and then, if we cannot, to a price reduction or to end the contract and get your money back. Directive (EU) 2019/770 gives you that for the whole time we supply the product, and nothing here limits it.

Tell us what is wrong at bartoszownkowalski@gmail.com and we will answer within 14 days.

7When we cannot refund

We are straight about the few cases where the answer is no:

8How to ask

Send one e-mail to bartoszownkowalski@gmail.com with the subject Refund, and include the e-mail address you bought with and, if you have it, the order or invoice number. Nothing else is required. You may also use the form below, or write to Osiedle Widok 27/A4, 66-200 Świebodzin, Poland.

We confirm receipt the same or next business day and tell you the date the refund was issued.

9Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form — an ordinary e-mail is enough — but it is reproduced here because consumer law requires that it be made available.
